These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of this website and the purchase of digital products from SFNT MARKETING SRL, trading as KORA Digital ("KORA Digital", "we", "us", "our"), a company registered in Romania, sole registration code (CUI) 47907090, with registered office at Bulevardul Ghioceilor, 307160 Dumbravita, jud. Timis, Romania. You can reach us at flowzillan8n@gmail.com.
By placing an order, ticking the acceptance box at checkout, or otherwise using our website, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and our Refund Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or purchase our products.
1. Our products
We sell digital products only — including but not limited to caption/title presets, project files, guides and sound-effect packs intended for use in video-editing software. No physical goods are shipped. Products are delivered electronically as downloadable files and/or access links.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of majority in your country) and legally able to enter into a binding contract to purchase from us. By ordering, you confirm this is the case.
3. Orders, pricing and payment
- Prices are displayed on the website in the currency shown and, where applicable, include VAT chargeable under EU rules. Applicable taxes are calculated and shown at checkout.
- We may change prices, products or promotions at any time; the price that applies to your order is the one displayed at the moment you complete checkout.
- A binding contract is formed when we confirm your order and payment is successfully processed.
- Payments are handled by third-party payment providers (such as Shopify Payments, Stripe, PayPal). We do not receive or store your full card details.
4. Delivery of digital products
After successful payment, your product is made available for download and/or an access link is sent to the email address you provide. It is your responsibility to enter a correct, working email address. If you have not received access within a reasonable time, contact us at flowzillan8n@gmail.com and we will help.
5. Licence and permitted use
When you purchase a product, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide licence to use the files for your own personal and commercial video projects (for example, your own social media content, client work and monetised videos).
You may not:
- resell, redistribute, share, sublicense, lend, rent, or give away the files (in whole or in part);
- upload the files to any file-sharing, marketplace, or "free download" site;
- bundle the files into another product, template pack, course or service for distribution;
- claim authorship or ownership of the files themselves;
- use the products for anything unlawful.
All rights not expressly granted are reserved by us.
6. Intellectual property
All content on this website and all products, files, designs, text, graphics and branding are owned by or licensed to SFNT MARKETING SRL and are protected by copyright and other intellectual-property laws. The "KORA Digital" name and logo are our property.
7. Third-party software (CapCut and others)
Our products are designed to be compatible with certain third-party editing software (such as CapCut). We are an independent business and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or connected to CapCut, ByteDance, or any other software provider. All third-party names, logos and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used only to describe compatibility. We cannot guarantee continued compatibility if a third party changes or discontinues its software.
8. Right of withdrawal and refunds
As a consumer in the EU you normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal. Because our products are digital content supplied instantly, this right can be lost once delivery begins. By completing your purchase and starting the download or access of the files, you expressly consent to immediate performance and acknowledge that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal. Full details, and the limited circumstances in which we do provide refunds, are set out in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
9. No guarantee of results
Our products are tools. We do not promise or guarantee any specific outcome — including views, followers, engagement, sales, or that any content will "go viral." Results depend on many factors outside our control.
10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
Our products and website are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all implied warranties. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded — and your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.
Subject to the above, our total liability to you arising out of or in connection with any order shall not exceed the total amount you paid for that order.
11. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by Romanian law, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence. Disputes may be brought before the competent Romanian courts. As a consumer you may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr, or contact the Romanian consumer-protection authority (ANPC).
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
