This Refund Policy applies to all digital products sold by SFNT MARKETING SRL, trading as KORA Digital (CUI 47907090), registered office Bulevardul Ghioceilor, 307160 Dumbravita, jud. Timis, Romania, contact flowzillan8n@gmail.com. It forms part of our Terms of Service.
All products are digital
We sell downloadable digital products (presets, project files, guides and sound-effect packs). Because these are delivered instantly and cannot be "returned" once accessed, the rules below apply.
Your EU right of withdrawal — and how it is waived
As a consumer in the European Union you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a purchase. For digital content that is supplied immediately, this right ends once delivery begins, provided you have given your prior express consent and acknowledged that you lose the right.
By completing your purchase and by downloading, accessing, or opening the files, you:
- expressly request and consent to the immediate supply of the digital content; and
- acknowledge and agree that you therefore lose your 14-day right of withdrawal and are not entitled to a refund on the basis of change of mind.
In short: once the files have been downloaded or accessed, the sale is final and non-refundable. If you have not yet downloaded or accessed the files, you may contact us within 14 days of purchase to request a withdrawal, and we will review your request.
When we do provide a refund or replacement
We stand behind our products. We will provide a fix, replacement, or where appropriate a refund if:
- the files are corrupt, damaged, or cannot be downloaded, and we are unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable time;
- you were charged more than once for the same order (duplicate payment); or
- you never received access to a product you paid for and we cannot deliver it.
What is not refundable
- Change of mind after the files have been downloaded or accessed.
- Buyer error (for example, buying the wrong product) after download or access.
- Lack of the required software, hardware, or skills, where the requirements were stated on the product page (for example, that a product is for CapCut Desktop on PC/Mac).
- Dissatisfaction with results (such as views, engagement or sales), which we do not guarantee.
How to request help or a refund
Email us at flowzillan8n@gmail.com within 14 days of your purchase with your order number and a description of the problem (including screenshots where relevant). We aim to respond within a few business days and to resolve genuine technical issues quickly.
Chargebacks
If you believe there is a problem with your order, please contact us first — we will almost always be able to help. Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting us may be treated as a breach of our Terms and may result in loss of access to purchased products.
Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy affects the mandatory consumer-protection rights you have under Romanian and EU law that cannot be waived.
